Now in their eighth year as a corporate function band, The Mix are undoubtedly one of the best all-round party bands in the UK.
The main aim of the band is to make any event run as smoothly and professionally as possible.
Playing hits from the 60's right up to today’s charts, The Mix cater for anyone and everyone.
There are five vocalists in the band which ensures a unique and varied sound with all-round harmonies a speciality that is not to be missed!
In 2007, the band played at over 70 venues up and down the country and abroad, entertaining in excess of 15,000 people topped off with a 5,000 people open-attendance gig in Dubai on New Years Eve.
As a well established unit, the band work as a team and always arrive for the set-up smartly dressed.
The standard line up is, Keyboards, Vocals, Drums, Guitar/Vocals, Bass/Vocals, 1 Male Vocalist and Two Glamorous Female Vocalists with the option to go to a 10-piece if a brass section is required.
For an extra fee, the band can have their own DJ who can also take care of any announcements etc.

Dave Priddle
Dave is the newest member of The Mix. His previous experience has brought an energy to the band which really shows.
Dave Shelton
Dave is the bands percussionist / drummer and having this section in the band has given the mix the edge over some other groups. His fantastic skills plus the visual side of his performance is simply amazing!
Jules Nelson
Jules has been with the band for seven years, his wealth of experience shows, and guitar playing ability is truly second to none.
Gary Bentley
Gary has been in the band from the very beginning. His drumming talents are exceptional and he really is the backbone of the band.
Hayley Newnes
Hayley's dancing background has brought big changes to the performance. Her non-stop energy and passion for the music and visual imput is very obvious.
Heidi Cullerne
Heidi, co-founder of the band began her working life in musicals as a child and progressed through session work before meeting Simon and them founding The Mix together.
Andy Gray
Andy has recently joined that band, after working with the likes of many function bands and various other well known names in music.
Simon Spurr
Simon, co-founder member of the band, has been playing keyboards and singing since leaving school. Priding himself on constantly looking for ways to improve the show, his experience of playing in so many different musical enviroments shines through.
The Horns
Having the brass section, lifts the whole sound of the band, and with their "silly dance routines" it is a must for bigger events!
